Job description-

• Operate and administer the compliance manager tool.
• Prepare compliance manual, standard operating procedures.
• Advise and train all stakeholders on compliances.
• Coordinate with functional teams to implement compliance.
• Good understanding of business, commercial and financial transactions, both domestic and international.
• Prepare checklists, MIS, audit reports and executive summaries.
• Liaise with experts, legal counsels and consultants.
• Implement systems and processes for Compliance
